Saeed Moghaddam leads cutting-edge research in thermal management of electronics, focusing on two-phase cooling, flow boiling and advanced heat transfer in micro- and nanoscale systems. His work addresses the growing energy and thermal challenges in high-power electronics, AI chips and data centers. He develops novel solutions such as phase-change-based cooling, high-conductivity interface materials and low-resistance thermal pathways.
