Drones and Autonomous Vehicles

FOOD SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainable Food Systems partnered with like-minded peers and the World Health Organization (WHO) for first-ever estimates of the global burden of food-borne diseases. The study showed that almost 1 in 10 people fall ill every year from eating contaminated food and 420,000 die as a result – statistics our dedicated UF faculty experts are using to make discoveries that are benefiting the world.... read more

GLOBAL HEALTH

Scientists from many UF colleges, including Medicine, Public Health and Health Professions, Veterinary Medicine and Liberal Arts and Sciences, as well as researchers from UF/IFAS, have joined in an interdisciplinary effort to improve and protect the health of all people through global leadership in research, training and service.
